Hakkasan is an experience, but I think overpriced. We were taken by O's rich friend who paid for everything, but honestly, each pot of tea is an individual price! No chinese restaurant ever charges 'per pot'! Ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteIs St Vincent Room still open these days? I've been meaning to go for ages, but checked earlier this year and thought they have closed it down.
And also if you want real good Korean food in central london, you need to go to St Giles Street right near Tottenham Court Rd Station ... the whole row of them are authentic and not pricy at all! If you want an expensive but really good korean place, try Ran (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o39rZNxW3to). Again though they charge for every dish of kimchi etc, which is really weird 'cause they should be free!
